Fishing at Granby Ranch is an experience unlike most locales in Colorado. Located on a private three-mile stretch of the Fraser River and nestled between mountain ranges, the views are quintessentially Colorado. Anglers can expect to catch brown, rainbow and cutthroat trout in this gold-medal tributary of the Colorado River.
River access will be available to all homeowners, their guests, and any short or long term renters staying at Granby Ranch for a rod fee. Each beat will be available to fish via reservation for a half day or a full day. Each beat allows for 2 rods at a time, plus 2 children 16 and under (16 and under are free with paid adult rod fee). Adults 17 and older- all rod fees and limits apply.
Reservations are available to be made for a half day at $45 per rod, or a full day at $90 per rod. All first-time fisherman and all short-term renters (guests staying in a home for under 30 days), will be required to book with a guide. Reservations may be made as far in advance as you’d like but must be booked at least 24 hrs in advance of your trip date. Guide services will be offered via Winter Park Fly Fishing. Fishing waivers are provided after your reservation is paid. Please make sure all parties have read and digitally signed a waiver prior to heading to the river. Your reservation is not fully confirmed until your waiver is signed, and waivers must be signed at least 24 hrs in advance of your trip. Your reservation confirmation is your parking pass. Please print and place in your front dashboard area. Beat and parking maps are provided in your reservation confirmation.
