Pool and Hot Tub
One of the best parts of this location - you can see it from the patio and walk to the pool and clubhouse. The pool and hot tub are heated and open year round! There are heated bathrooms and lockers right next to the hot tub. Inside the Clubhouse is a ping pong table, foosball table, sitting area, fitness center, and games.
Entry/Cost
The HOA requires a pool access fee of $20 per person, per day for rental guests (children 8 and under are free). This supports an onsite attendant who helps keep the pool safe, clean, and enjoyable for all guests.
Just head to the front door to check in—no key needed. Payment is by credit card only, and an attendant inside will be happy to help.
Towels
Pool towels are not available at the pool. We’ve provided beach towels in the laundry closet for your convenience—enjoy!
Rules
No smoking in the pool/hot tub area. This includes cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
No glass allowed.
Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
No street shoes allowed in fitness center. Please Bring a second pair.
