Pool and Hot Tub
One of the best parts of this location - you can see it from the patio and walk to the pool and clubhouse. The pool and hot tub are heated and open year round! There are heated bathrooms and lockers right next to the hot tub. Inside the Clubhouse is a ping pong table, foosball table, sitting area, fitness center, and games.
Entry/Cost
Rental guests are required to pay $15/person/day (children 8 and under are free), per the HOA. This goes to cover the attendant cost to prevent damage, keep it safe, and have someone onsite to help enforce rules to make your stay enjoyable. There is an employee inside that can help and take credit card payments. No key needed, go to the front door to check in.
Rules
No smoking in the pool/hot tub area. This includes cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
No glass allowed.
Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
No street shoes allowed in fitness center. Please Bring a second pair.
